your body the strength it needs to
battle this active flu season.

Immunity Boosting Bath Soak

Benefits:
THIS BATH BLEND is invigorating and will clear your sinuses and airways. Frankincense is an expectorant, anti-microbial and anti-tussive making it a great immunity booster, while relieving stress and anxiety. Eucalyptus has always be popular for it cold and flu fighting properties while reducing mucous and fatigue. Hellichrysum is a natural decongestant and has been known to fight sinus, ear and lung infections. Rosemary aids in expanding and deepens breaths while boosting immunity and fighting bronchial infections.

Ingredients:
Eucalyptus essential oil – Frankincense essential oil – Helichrysum essential oil – Rosemary essential oil – 1/2 cup Jojoba, Coconut Oil or Himalayan Salt as Base
Directions:
1 . Blend 4 drops of each essential oil into a glass jar. Cover tightly and gently shake to mix the oils and create a synergy. Add oil blend to your choice of base and mix thoroughly.
2. Add mixture to a warm bath and disperse.
3. Soak and inhale the steam for 15-30 minutes.
